Wel wel wel life is a fare.

Sorry ladies and gentlemen, friends and allies about the lack of posts in the New Year, I have been exceedingly busy the last few days, but now my routine is returning to normal now and I have more time to sit down and post for reader enjoyment.  So I was reading this morning about the states that are now requiring you to take a drug test to collect welfare. Now I do not take drugs nor do I support those who do, and I feel that this is a great practice. BUT, it seems that some do not agree with me, (of course they don't). We will cover that in just a second but first, why do I feel this is the right course of action? Well that is easy, because it will at least add a layer of protection to the welfare system and keep some of the people who use and abuse the system from gaining the benefits of welfare. Well now you may say that is unfair to exclude people just because they enjoy the use if even occasionally of recreational drugs. But to counter you I have to disagree with that statement. It may be only recreational and may only be once in a blue moon but it is still wrong. Because the money these people get from welfare is the money earned from the back and brow of the hard working honest American. These people who feed off the system and refuse to work for themselves and for their families are one of the biggest factors of why our great and noble country that was founded on blood SWEAT and tears and I put emphasis on sweat because these men and women WORKED for the money and for their place in society this is outrageous that people are so low that they would use the pain and sweat of the working man so they would never need to work a day in their life. I am sure we are all familiar with the woman who has never held a job and had the video on YouTube that told her story, if you haven't here it is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3e41prVDv4 just so you can watch it if you haven't done so. This is ridiculous these people think they are owed something! they do nothing for themselves and yet expect to be given someone else’s money?! No I have no interest in supporting a government that will know about this kind of abuse and yet nothing is done about it! No I for one my friends and allies I must take a stand and with one many will come, but this atrocity must be stopped for the good of our country and the good of the working men and women who support it. Now you may ask what does this have to do with drug testing to get welfare. Again I reply easy, one law can help to start that fire to slow the flow of wasted money on people who spend what money they do earn on getting high instead of food for their children. One small step to make it more difficult for people to get food stamps will lead to more laws which we can hope will lead to lessening the amount of people who are claiming they are owed something they have given nothing for. now the person in the wheel chair who is unable to get a job because he had his legs blown off by an I.E.D. in Afghanistan who honorably served his country and does not partake in the use of drugs, now that man is someone who we the people should be able to get behind and support while he gets back on his preverbal feet. We, my friends and allies, need to take a stand against the abuse of our government systems and support what they do in as far as allowing hard working men and women get back on their feet in a time of hardship. This is not a living source it’s a bit of temporary assistance and not to be abused as it is by the lazy American people. It is high time We The People stand for something rather than lean on someone because the more you lean for support that faster your support will give out.

So my friends, ladies and gentlemen, allies and fellow Americans, I beg of you please unite and help put a stop to the abuse of our country. Standing for something is a far better than dying for nothing. Just because the support is there doesn't mean it should be relied on forever.

In Faith, Yours Truely,
The Gentleman #2
